The drilling valve and seat design is universal to all major manufacturer mud pump models for unlimited versatility and extended valve and seat life. It also reduces insert swelling and movement, fluid end cracking, and washouts. Heavy-duty seats increase the
Novatech® Cast-N-Place™ inserts offer significant advantages over traditional replacement valves through a cost-effective molding process that locks the insert in place. This process increases abrasion and extrusion resistance providing longer valve life.
Manufactured 100% in the U.S.A. of SAE 8620 alloy steel, these valves are designed to operate in pressures up to 7,500 psi and temperatures up to 71°C (160°F) for the standard urethane version and up to 149°C (300°F) for the Cast-N-Place™ version.
Full open drilling seats are available in standard 2-inch and modified 1-inch tapers and offered in API-4 thru API-8 sizes for upstream oil and gas drilling applications.
